Creative Studio in Shoreditch

Looking for a beautiful, light-filled space to host your next creative workshop, photoshoot, or small event?
Our Shoreditch studio is designed for makers, artists, and creative souls who want a calm, inspiring place to create and connect.

Studio Features

- Bright and airy studio space with a large worktable & chairs

- Coffee machine, kettle, and milk frother for refreshments

- Small washroom on the same floor (ideal for handwashing)

- A main toilet located on the second floor

- Central Shoreditch location, close to transport links

​What’s the Space For?

The studio is available to hire for dry craft and creative workshops, such as:
🧵 Sewing • 🪡 Embroidery • 📿 Jewellery • 🧶 Knitting • 🖋 Calligraphy • and similar hands-on sessions.

Please note: the space is not suitable for painting, resin, or any water- or liquid-based workshops to protect the furnishings and flooring.

Hire Rates

- £30 per hour

- £100 for a half day (up to 4 hours)

- £180 for a full day (up to 8 hours)

Custom times can be arranged depending on availability.

Booking & Payment

To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your hire date.

​

Cancellations & Refunds

- Cancel 14+ days before → Full refund

- Cancel 7–13 days before → 50% refund

- Cancel less than 7 days before → No refund

You can request to reschedule at least 7 days in advance (subject to availability). A small admin fee of £25 may apply.

If we ever need to cancel your booking, we’ll offer a full refund or happily move your session to another date.
All refunds are processed within 14 calendar days.
