Each flower is handmade and hand-painted; hence colours may vary slightly from the photograph.
Flowers should be kept out of direct sunlight for long periods as products will discolour; do not water them. If they get a little dusty, either use a light duster or a hairdryer on cool heat from a distance.
Refunds will not be given on products after the dispatch email is sent. However, if your flowers arrive damaged, please send me a message with a photo so I can assist you.
